Job Description:
Intellinum Inc is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining Oracle Cloud SCM applications. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure seamless integration of warehouse management processes and Oracle SCM modules that optimize operational efficiency and business performance for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Draws upon industry expertise and best practices to implement end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM-based solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with client business goals
- Conducts business process analysis with stakeholders to understand processes related to SCM, define technical specifications, functional business requirements, and help design integration solutions to optimize these processes
- Participates in overall design, implementation, configuration, setup, and systems testing for Oracle Cloud SCM applications
- Develops functional specifications for configuring business rules, workflows, modifications, user interfaces, reports, and screens, per client needs
- Develops and executes test scripts that ensure Oracle Cloud SCM software consistently meets client business objectives
- Supports migration activities and troubleshoots to resolve complex integration issues across Oracle Cloud SCM and legacy systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Creates and modifies procedural and systems documentation throughout the project
- Leads client knowledge transfer and validation sessions
- Supports go-live and hyper care activities
- Provides excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery
- Provides recommendations for system upgrades, based on evolving user needs and new features
- Maintains open communication with client and project management via regular status reports and updates
- Ensures compliance with relevant industry standards, data security, and privacy policies
- Stays up-to-date with Oracle Cloud SCM technologies and industry best practices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience with implementing Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, including configuration, customizations, testing, and support
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Logistics
- Experience with systems integration and data migration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements
- Strong consulting and communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM modules are preferred
- Passionate about the latest advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms, and interest in providing thought leadership on their application to real-world business scenarios
